PeerlessNC Haul & Delivery is operated by Mose Adkins as a sole proprietorship. This policy describes information collected through our quote and booking service.

Information you provide

We collect your name, phone number, pickup address and ZIP code, selected items and load size, requested schedule, notes, and any optional photo you upload. We also record acceptance of our transport terms and your optional SMS consent, including its version and timestamp.

How we use information

We use these details to calculate estimates, review availability, arrange pickup and delivery, provide accepted booking details and payment links, and respond to service questions. Our systems also use technical request information for security and submission rate limiting.

Service providers and payments

We use Vercel to host the website, Upstash to store requests and booking records, Twilio to deliver SMS, and Square to process payments. These providers receive information needed to perform their services. Card details are handled through Square; our booking records contain payment status and transaction references.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

PeerlessNC will not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. We share them only with providers needed to deliver the service. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Your choices

You can submit a quote request without opting into SMS. Reply STOP to our SMS sender to opt out, or START to opt back in. For questions about your information or to request correction or deletion, call 737-337-5377. We will review your request and explain any records that need to be retained for service, payment, or legal purposes.
