Terms of Use

These terms describe how PeerlessNC Haul & Delivery handles pickup and transport. Contact us before booking if an item needs special protection or handling.

Requests and payment

Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. We review availability and the job details before accepting. Payment is made available only after acceptance. Load-size prices are starting prices; mileage and any disposal charges are confirmed before payment.

Preparing your items

Items travel as-is in an open or lightly covered truck bed. PeerlessNC does not wrap or pad items. Please wrap and pad anything you want protected from scratches before handoff, and reasonably package and secure belongings beforehand. Items may shift during transport.

Wear and damage

Normal wear and minor damage during hauling are not independently compensated. In the rare case of damage, we will work with you in good faith on a case-by-case basis. This is not a guarantee of replacement or compensation. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Small cab items

One or two small items that fit in the cab may be handled differently from bed-loaded items. Please discuss the handling of these items with us before pickup.

Delays outside our control

To the extent permitted by law, PeerlessNC is not liable for delays or issues caused by weather, accidents, traffic or other circumstances outside our control.
